We currently have a casual parent member vacancy on the Wayi School Council. School Council plays an important role in governing our school, and no prior experience is required — there will be opportunities to learn ‘on the job’. This is a voluntary position.
About the Role:
– Meetings are generally held twice a term on Wednesday in weeks 3 and 7, from 6:30pm-8:30pm at Wayi School or via Webex.
– The successful nominee will serve for the remainder of the original term, ending March 2028.
If you would like to be considered, please submit an Expression of Interest of no more than 50 words, outlining why you would like to be part of the Wayi School Council to wayi.school@education.vic.gov.au by Wednesday, 13th May at 3:00 pm.
