Deputy Premier and Minister for Education Ben Carroll has pre-recorded a short video message that speaks to parents and carers about the importance of the second school term for learning, along with a few helpful reminders.

SCHOOL PHOTO DAY – WEDNESDAY MAY 1ST
Our 2024 school photo day is in week 3 of Term 2, on Wednesday the 1st of May. Students will be bringing their photo envelopes home with them this week. Families can place orders online or by placing correct monies in the photo envelope and returning it to school.
Please note as payments are made directly to the photography company, National Photography, we are unable to provide change or accept eftpos payments for school photo orders.
ANZAC DAY PUBLIC HOLIDAY – THURSDAY APRIL 25TH
This Thursday, April 25th, is Anzac Day.
This is a Public Holiday and Wayi School will be closed on this day.
CURRICULUM DAY – FRIDAY APRIL 26TH
The Department and School Council have approved a Curriculum Day for This Friday, April 26th.
This will be a Student Free Day for Wayi students.
