EDUCATION SUPPORT (ES) APPRECIATION WEEK
Last week at Wayi, we celebrated Education Support (ES) Appreciation Week – a time to honour the incredible work of our ES staff who support our students and school community in so many vital ways.
From classroom support to therapy, admin, wellbeing and maintenance – our ES staff are always stepping up, supporting others, and making a lasting impact. Last week was all about showing them just how appreciated they are.
Here’s how we celebrated:
Monday – Elite Passes were handed out to kick off the week in style.
Tuesday – Teachers and leadership hosted a special morning tea.
Wednesday – Every ES staff member received a personalised thank-you card from our Principal, Leanne, plus a coffee card with five free coffees from our VPC Café!
Thursday – Heartfelt thank-you videos from our teaching and leadership teams were shared in the staff lounge.
Friday – We wrapped up the week with a delicious lunch provided by our teaching and leadership staff.To all our amazing ES staff – thank you. Your dedication and care don’t go unnoticed.
